Commentary

This silly looking picture of me captures my essence. My son is in back of me celebrating his 21st birthday. It was taken in April 2005 building an orphanage for the children who lost their parents in the tsunami. In the right hand corner are lilacs taken by me May 2006 in Lombard’s Lilacia Park. My favorite color is red and my home town is known as the Lilac Village, hence my screen name of RedLilac.

I am not a practitioner of the Blood Type Diet, but I do practice it. My field is not medicine or nutrition it is science and engineering. I try to help out on the Individualist wherever I can within my capacity.
