Sign in with the email address and password of your 4yourtype professional account. Apothescript does not keep your password: 4yourtype checks it. If you forgot it, reset it at 4yourtype. If you do not have a professional account, apply to join Apothescript. We check your application and send you an email.

Your Home page shows your personal link and your code. Give the link to any patient. They enter their email address once, and from then on, their orders at 4yourtype are linked to you.

Open Recommendations › New recommendation. The table shows the whole catalogue.
• Find products: type in the filter box, choose a category, or use the Show buttons (ABO Products, Genoma Formulas, Books, Tests, Packs) to hide groups.
• Choose a product: tick the box, or type the dose and directions on its row. The row ticks itself.
• Details: click a product name to see its key ingredients, typical use and Supplement Facts label.
• Sort: click Product, Category or Price.
Give the list a title (your patient sees it) and a private label (only you see it), add a note if you want, and click Save.

Tick Keep in My protocols when you save a recommendation you use often, for example your gut support or your Type O starter. It appears under My protocols on the Recommendations page. Click Use to start a new recommendation from it, change the products or directions for this patient, and save: the new one has its own link, and the protocol does not change. Copy does the same for any recommendation.

After you save, copy the link at the top of the page and send it to your patient by email or message. "See what the patient sees" opens their page. You can change a recommendation later: the patient sees the new version at the same link.

A product marked "Out of stock for now" cannot be chosen. If it is already in a recommendation, your patient sees the tag and can buy the other products.

A patient is linked to you when they order from your recommendation, or when they give their email on your personal link before they order. A person who already bought at 4yourtype before your link is checked by us first. You see them as "in review" on your Patients page.

Your patients get 10% off each product they add to the cart from your recommendation. Products they add themselves, and orders they place directly at 4yourtype, are at the normal price, and you earn your commission on them too. To reorder at the discount, they open your link again.

You earn 25% of the product subtotal of each order by a patient linked to you. This includes products your patient adds in the cart, not only the products from your recommendation. The subtotal is without tax, shipping or discounts. Your own orders earn nothing.
• Pending: the order is not yet shipped, or is still in the 30-day hold.
• Payable: it is in the next payment.
• Paid: we paid it.
A refund or cancellation reduces or removes the commission. A refund after payment is taken from your next payment.

We pay each month when at least $25 is payable. Choose PayPal or a cheque on your Profile page. We need a completed W-9 before the first payment: upload it on your Profile page (PDF or photo). We check it and mark it received.

Tell your patients that you earn a commission on what they buy through Apothescript. The patient pages also show this.
